A Farm To Table Experience

Our Philosophy

Come enjoy our cozy & quaint, 1700’s tavern with very large outdoor dining spaces. We take pride in sourcing our meats and produce from local farmer’s markets & growers in our community, as well as using local craft beer brewers & spirits to produce our hand crafted cocktails.

LOCALLY INSPIRED DISHES

We change our menu frequently and create dishes that showcase fruits and vegetables that are fresh and in season. The Rye Garden provides us with produce that is harvested just steps away from the restaurant. We also have cultivated long lasting relationships with local farms.

~THIS SEASON'S FEATURED FARMS~

Rye Garden is located 50 feet from the Rye Tavern kitchen. It provides Executive Stephen Bither plenty to work with. Established in 2011, in the Rye Garden we do plenty of succession planting to provide a steady stream of tender greens throughout the growing season. We also grow a variety of cherry tomatoes, herbs, lettuces, peas, carrots. beans, edible flowers and more. You can’t get more fresh and local than that! More than just Farm to Table, you can actually see our farm FROM your table!

We had lunch on Saturday 7/22/23. We both had the BLT and sea salt French fries. I can’t remember ever having a more delicious BLT and perfectly cooked fries. My companion wasn’t certain which beer she wanted so our wonderful server (Sam) suggested and brought two different samples. A terrific experience! Thank you!

Place looks amazing but then outdoor patio and old charm. Unfortunately, the only day we went it was close down for some private event. So we just could not enjoy any of the meals. . Really missed the opportunity to dine in one of US OLDEST RESTAURANT. 😓

  • Atmosphere was relaxed but still feels upscale. Think polo shirt but maybe not a t-shirt and shorts. I had the chowder which was phenomenal, and my husband's fish was great as well. It had a standard kids menu and my relatively well-behaved kids were fine there. I would definitely go back!

We have always enjoyed the Rye Tavern over the years. The atmosphere & service is top shelf. Megan did an exceptional job tonight.

Came here after playing a round at Pinehills with my wife. The outside won’t be open until April 15th, however, they have an entire patio section, with a pretty big bar outside. This will be nice to visit in the summer. The inside was really cool, old school New England vibe. Everything on the menu looked delicious and the food we got was delicious. The staff were really friendly, and everyone was willing to help out with anything you needed. There is a small tv above the bar with Boston sports playing. The actual bar is right in the front door to the right, and only seats 6, with an addition 6 seats right behind it. In the back is the restaurant if you want a table. Parking right outside, about 3-5 min from RT 3. Easy to get to, would come back again. I think it’s another great restaurant in the Pinehills/Plymouth area.
